The Commission
Choose the portrait size and whether you would like a colour or black and white portrait. I offer head and shoulders portraits as standard but full body is also available, please specify this when enquiring to receive accurate quote.
Multiple quotes can be given on request via email. I can work to deadlines, please ensure you book in advance to avoid disappointment and flag the deadline date when booking. When booking a 25% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is to be paid on completion once your are happy with everything.

Commissions are handdrawn and completely done by eye. I use predominately Faber Castell Polychromos and Carand'ache Luminance pencils to get high levels of detail, onto good quality paper.
All commissions are supplied with a certificate of authenticity and packed for protection.
A4 and A3 commissions can be provided in a mount and cellophane bag, depending which delivery option is chosen, A2 commissions are packed with a back board and wrapped in cellophane.
Collection from one of my regular markets is available and can be discussed on booking.
Postage
Commissions are posted via special delivery meaning they are fully trackable, require a signature and arrive next day.

Mounted A4 & A3 £15.00 (Sent in Postage envelope with protective packaging)
Unmounted A4 & A3 ££14.00 (Sent in Postage tube with protective plastic inner tube)
Unmounted A2 £14.00 (Sent in Postage tube with protective plastic inner tube)

Requesting a Commission
The Image
Firstly, choose a photo of the subject.
Please ensure photos are clear and in focus with the subject in the forefront of the photo.

Some top tips when taking photos:
​
-Nice and Close. Getting a nice close-up photo of your pet is great as it shows all the details and little characteristics that make your pet unique. That can then be portrayed in the portrait! As well as this it also allows me to see the eyes clearly, this is key to getting the perfect portrait!
​
- Lighting is Key! Try and ensure you take the photo/use a photo with good lighting. Maybe position your pet by a window or outside, however if photographing outside make sure it's not in direct sunlight!
​
-Try using treats or a favourite toy to position above the camera or phone to encourage different facial expressions. Then you can decide which expression you would like drawn.
​
Getting the perfect picture is sometimes a struggle! So don't hesitate to send multiple pictures.
​
I understand that taking new photos is not always possible when a pet has unfortunately passed away but do not worry. I will happily work with the photos provided and also work closely with you to ensure I capture your loved lost one.

Also once you've commissioned a picture you can have it printed onto mugs, cushions, ceramic circle decorations and coasters!
