Unfortunately I do not accept returns on Pet Portraits, but be assured you will have plenty of opportunities to make sure you are 100% happy with your commission before its starts it's journey to you! 

However if there are any issues or damage to your portrait that has occurred during delivery please do get in touch and I will be happy to help!​
